Goat Chorus - Voicing Theories

The project questions and proposes a new way to understand how we use theory and text to inform our making of music with our bodies, and whether vocal embodiment can bring new meaning to language based thought and knowledge through the form of a chorus. It will bring together people from the community of cashmere radio, but also other communities into the radio, to create not just artistic exchange, but also on social and political levels. What can sharing this experience do for communities and how could this knowledge contribute to activism? How integral is the social aspect of music and art making to our individual practices and lives? Is it possible to have fun in the context of a choir but also act as a support art-based group?
